3. Oral Soft tissue examination to ensure no sinister abnormalities.
4. Radiographs where appropriate (full mouth radiographs if required).
5. Provision of Treatment plan options.
6. Provision of Treatment Options Costs and Logistics.

The presentation of this voucher entitles you to a 50% reduction on the normal private consultation fee of £70 to £35.

For the avoidance of doubt we cannot offer at consultation a "second" opinion on another
Dental Surgeons treatment or treatment plan and can only accept patients who have completed their treatment with their previous dentist.
